If I had one I would surely use it. It is so much more hygienic than toilet paper. When I was in Asia I used the hose and it was a good thing. They don't have the same sort of water as us and I feel I don't get as clean, mind you I probably do I have just been so spoilt with our soft water. It's not the norm here in Aus but it's definitely a great idea for travellers.
Don't knock it till you try it.

that is impressive, little doubt. and if somebody is nervous approximately it won't be able to they end allowing human beings to characteristic them as a fan?? i think of so yet no longer thoroughly constructive. i latterly did something like that and that i think good approximately it. I actually have a good community of buddies and persons can e mail me in the event that they choose to characteristic me. The counterpoint to blocking off them or getting extraordinary out is there's a element that use it as the thank you to attack human beings and get them kicked off AND there are some people who i visit go away nameless each and every so often make regulate ego bills to ask volatile questions and make loopy comments. on an analogous time as others use it to spice up their element score. SO i assume the authentic query is did you touch your contacts and ask if all and sundry is responsive to the mysterious centred visitor.

Lived in Spain for a couple of years...used it with a wee bit of soap and flannel at the side - far better and more hygienic than plain old toilet paper, as the latter tended to move the remaining small amount of faeces elsewhere around the anus (no matter how soft it was).

Here in Egypt, the toilets have either a water jet inside them operated by a tap on the side of the toilet or else a water pipe at the side especially for use instead of paper, much cleaner and no paper to dispose of.

No.
1. My bathroom isn't big enough for one.
2. they look uncomfortable to sit on.
3. They look expensive to have installed for what they do.
4. I'm OK, I have a shower.
But if I had one - I'd probably use it - if it wasn't as uncomfortable as it looks. Can you wash your hands at the same time? Is the water warm or cold? Is it adjustable?
I'm not going to risk it anyway. I tried those taps in the hospital you can turn on and off without touching them with your hands - I got drowned. I looked like I'd wet my myself! Just washing my hands after using the loo!

Lots of western europeans do, and the Japanese have just invented the paperless toilet, with two wash modes and a hot air dryer dor your down below bits. It's not cheap...
