Also found a SD card from Proporta but only sold via mail, never heard of them and wonder if anyone has ever used this card on a Tungston E.

I would look on eBay and Amazon for WiFi SD cards. They are not cheap (around $100 - $150), so that may be of consideration considering that you can buy a Tungsten T/X for about $299 retail (cheaper online).

Tungsten E is not SDIO hence this option is not available to you.

WiFi SDIO machines: Zire 72, T|E2, T|T3 (I have it), T5
LifeDrive and TX have WiFi built-in.
