I agree that maybe a letter might be the first step of action.
Just write that on numerous occasions you have witnessed him exiting his house in an unexceptable manner (IE: without pants) and that you wish him to discontinue this action for your concerns of neigbours and children who play inthe area. Then proceed to write that if this act is not stopped you will roceed to clal the police and have him charged for indecent exposure.
If a letter like that doesn't do the trick.. then call the police and have them speak to him and/or press charges. If you want to avoid causing problems for your mother after you elave then try the letter and having the police talk to him first.. to avoid having him know who called the police so your mother can rest easily. but if that doesn't work and you do need to press charges.. well your mother may jstu ahve to deal wiht the awkwardness, as something should be done. as i agree that children should not have to see that if they were not raised in a nudist environment.

wow... I'm at a loss of words... you heard that beer commercial for molsen?? some young dude says "All I could do was just stand there and shake my head, it was like defining gravity!!!" and the announcer comes on "AND THAT WAS JUST THE BIKINI CONTEST. seriously tho... in the note say this:
"Dear Mr.No-Pants Man;
My mother and I have been tenants in this building for 13 years now, We have pretty much seen it all. (well, no kidding) But recently I have had my child move in with me and I started to notice your well, indecent acts within this building. I have held back from calling the cops because I just think thats wrong. But I also think that its wrong for you to walk around outside your suite without a full set of clothing on. Please for the sake of our children will you please be more kind to put some shorts outside of your suite. Or I will be making a formal complaint in the future
Thank you kindly.
Tenants of Parkwood Manor (or whatever your building is called)

Let him know that it is against the law to walk around outside like that and that you will call the cops and his job if he is ever seen outside like that again. put the note on his windshield at night so he does not see you. Then if he does do it again call the cops anonymously so he does not give your mother a hard time. That is just nasty.

Run up to him all concerned and say, "oh you dear sweet man, I think you may have forgotten something"...and point down below. Ask him if he wants you to create a diversion while he runs in and puts his pants on so that no one gets the wrong idea and calls the police. Then, next time, do it.

Excuse me, but I do not know if you are aware that others, including small children, are able to see you when you walk outside. I would ask that you remain fully clothed when doing so, to prevent our children from being exposed to this. If you continue to act this way, I will be forced to contact the local authorities and report you for indecent exposure, for the sake of the children.

Can't you call the police and make an anonymous complaint? It is called INDECENT EXPOSURE, I don't know how much they can do, but if you tell them about all the little kids around- I bet they will at least have "a nice talk" with the perv.!! They DO NOT have to tell him which neighbor made the complaint!!!

He is breaking a few laws. So call the police, do not bother with a note. People like that are not going to 'get it' with a polite note.

He's a nudist, not a pedophile. My gosh.

There's nothing wrong with the human body, but if it offends you, you should tell him. Explain the situation to him politely. "I have a problem with your public nudity. Children are able to see you, and this bothers me." Have a pleasent conversation. If he acts like a jerk about it, call the police for "indecent exposure."

Good God! I hope he don't drive bus little children. If there are children playing outside and he does this yes defiantly call the police you can keep it confidential. Maybe hes a disturbed pedophile. Good luck. and keep your son away from him......
