im looking for a long white skirt...BUT this skirt has 6 small tiers...(instead of the bigger tiers you see on gypsy skirts)...i was at a beauty show this weekend and saw 2 girls with this type of skirt on....it doesnt flow at the bottom like the gypsy/boho skirts.....the skirt reminds me of those chinese paper lamps at BBQ's....lol
Any info would be greatly appreciated...

Kohls has almost anything, and for great pricing too! My other suggestions would be Target, T.J max, marshalls, walmart, or h&m. These stores are all very low priced so i would deff check them out. And before making the trip there, check out there websites, because they may not have it.!
