Any sex can be made safe by taking the proper precautions, no matter who the participants are.
Similarly, any sex can be unsafe, depending on the lack of precautions and what fluid exchanges occur.
You have the responsibility to protect yourself and your sex partner every time.

No sex at all is safe. The only 100% safe way is not to have sex at all. Even, lesbo as you so call it. No matter what kind of so call protection you use, it is still not 100% safe.

Teen sex as with any other type of sex is not safe unless you use a condom. In the case of lesbians, the use of sex toys still pose a health problem issue.

USE PROTECTION!!!!!!!! Preferably birth control on top of a condom to prevent unwanted babies. We don't need more babies having babies. Sex is safe as long as both parties are consenting and they use protection and understand all of the consequences of sex. If you want to act like an adult you need to take on all of the responsibilities as well.
