The answer would be the product of all the individual probabilities of all the events that you speak of. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) it would be impossible to say what any of the individual probabilities are. For example, the probability of abiogenesis, which has been given as different assumptions by different scientists attempting to find out the chance of aliens. These assumptions vary wildly, so I don't think any of us could give you accurate inputs.
