I think in the AL it has to be Francisco Liriano. He was likely the leading Cy Young candidate before his injury, and I think he still gets at least the ROY. There are some others that are good, like Verlander, but nobody on the level of Liriano.
In the NL, I'd go with Andre Ethier. I know he didn't play much earlier in the year, but I'll take quality over quantity. A .379 OBP with good power numbers, he's really been a boost for the Dodgers' offense.

cabrera has good numbers he has been good enought to bat leadoff when damon is resting and 2nd sometimes in the yankees lineup
he fills a big defensive need in left field a great fielder
uggla how can you forget this batting 2nd 20 homers almost batting .300
