4th is a tough spot- because you know you won't get one of the big-3. I'd go with Tiki though. I don't like to take a QB in the first round, because you'll be at pick #21 (12-team format) before you get your first RB.
In our league the other night I got Tiki at #5, Steven Jackson went #4. Manning went at #10 (out of 12 teams).
Someone above that recommended taking Peyton said you could get Lamont Jordan or Cadillac Williams with your 2nd pick. - Um, no, not unless this is a 6-team league. Cadillac and Lamont went #9 and #11 in my league, and should both be first rounders in any 12-team fomat.

I'd get Barber or Steven Jackson at the 4 spot. Don't bother with Manning at this point... heck in some leagues he could be available in the second round for you. Trust me, you won't get stuck with a lame QB. Go back to last year's stats; there were like 8-10 guys that had between 20-24 touchdowns and Manning had like 30 of them if that. Get your RBs and WRs and pick up a 20-24 passer in round 5-7.

LT, SA, LJ, Tiki, Edge, then Payton if you really have to have a QB that bad.. No screw that! Peyton won't even be the best QB this season .... Palmer will. And you could more then likely get him in the second round. Get Tiki! The 'top 3' more then likely will be 2 out of three. One of them will be just good not great. This is where Tiki comes in at his peak.

I'd take Steven Jackson, hes like Ricky Williams without the weed addiction. Also, in mostr of my drafts, most people took Manning for there first pick, so theres a chance u could get LJ, LT, or Alexander. Some idiot will take Manning with the #1 pick.

if you don't take Peyton with this pick, i would wait till about your 5th pick to get a QB. There are still good QB's available then. It will be harder to find good RB's or WR's by then. I would snatch the top two RB's and top WR available with your first 3 picks. Or you should take the top RB and if you can grab an elite QB with your 2nd pick, that might be good. It just depends on how the other teams are drafting.

Take Tiki Barber or the next best RB option. Good starting RBs are scarce in this draft; however, there are plenty of good QBs that will be available in later rounds.

I'd go Barber, but I'm a freak when it comes to drafting RB's. I'd draft my bench RB before I draft a QB, and I still end up with a guy like Bulger or McNabb who score a lot of points.

Definately take Peyton Manning. If you dont,t he next guy will.
In the second round, pick up Lamont Jordan or Cadillac Williams.
Come around scoop up a number 1 receiver, followed by another RB.

I would definitely draft Tiki, and then maybe shoot for Carson Palmer in the 3rd round (if he is still there!).
