Nah. Let him sit in there until his first court date. His bail will be dropped down or he might be released. If he's stupid enough to go out drinking with a busted out headlight, it won't hurt him for a couple of days. he might as well have jumped up and down and yelled, "Pick me, pick me, I want to go to jail". Worry more about getting your uncles truck out of impound. He trusted you with it's care.

You have a daughter. Your daughter could of been in the truck with him. You need to let him sit in jail and think about all the people he could of killed while drinking and driving. You should really think about the life you want to give your daughter also. He sounds like a man that does not need to be involved with your daughter. If he is the father than you should fight to keep him away until he receives help for his problem. Even if it is his first time driving under the influence. There is a problem because he did it. Good Luck and Keep your daughter safe.

With that bail money, you need to help out your uncle with his truck, then make your bf pay you back. If he's in there for DUI, he will only be in there for no more than 2 or 3 days. He's fine, they just have him in the holding tank, so it's not like he's in there with any major convicted criminals. He needs to learn his lesson.

If your daughter is not your boyfriends father, then I would suggest you get out of that situation.. He sounds like a no-win boyfriend and he is dragging you down. You should not have to live like that. He sounds emotionally immature and you need to think about your daughter first. You don't want her to think his behavior is ok because she will grow up and find men just like your boyfriend. I am sure you love her and don't want that for her life just like your mother probably does not want wnat your boyfriend in your life...... .He risks his own life plus other lives while he is out there drinking. You can bail him out if you like but I think the money would be better spent on AAA or some type of therapy counseling for him

I'm hoping this isn't an ongoing occurence because if it is, let him stew in his thoughts and really ask God to forgive him of his behaviour. If this is a first time offense, I say, go on, bail him out. But seriously have a sit down with him about what the heck he was thinking.

If you bail him out, you are enabling him. If you leave him there, then you are the bad guy. It's a no win situation for you. Flip a coin and use that to decide I guess. I would not want the responsibility and it's not even your fault or problem. Good luck to ya!!! GaryT

make him stay even if you bail him out now. he will have to go back and do his time for the DUI. it would be better if he did his 3-4 days and keep your thousand bucks.

Are you continuing the relationship? Then leave him one night to think about it. If not, don't bail him out at all.
These things are on Judge Judy all the time....

I dont think that you should let him sit in there. A great girl will be there by her man's side. now on the other hand if this is not the first time and its reoccuring then I would consider leting his *** sit in there because its a waste of your time and money.
