If you eat too close to the time you have the baby you can. Not on the baby's head unless you're on your knees giving birth. I've seen someone poop while giving birth but it didn't get on the baby.

thats kinda outta the blue lol...but no they don't. the anus is below the vagina. u'd have to be crapping up if ur gonna poop on the baby.
