Search "baby shower games" on any search engine - yahoo serach may be a good idea.
There are a lot of great places to get these games for under $10. The baby name game is a fun one that many stores offer if the mother-to-be hasn't decided on a name yet for the little one.

You can have a game where people guess how many sheets of toilet paper it takes to go around your belly? Or every time someone says baby they get a clothes pin taken away from whoever catches them saying it and whoever has the most wins a prize!!!!!
