If it's not crazy athiests attacking Jesus' existence then it's rad Christians lambasting Peter Pan. Personally I love and believe in both...or is that not possible in today's society? Anyone with me?

I think it is because they are both seen as "innocent" and "youthful". Both are seen to have a view of the world that is hopeful and happy (think "happy thoughts" to fly), and both sacrificed a "life" so to speak. Jesus sacrificed himself to save humanity, while Peter Pan sacrificed his "life" (grew up) in order to save his "world" (the lost boys and all that he knew and loved in Neverland).

I believe there was once a man called Jesus.
I believe in faeries and other small folk.
I believe that people have a right to believe in what they will so long as they are not forced to.

I think they are often compared because they both have the same tattoo on their left bicep. The hair styles are similar too.
