Thers a software available on the internet, its available with download.com...im not sure what its calles , but if u put in the keywords like porn blocker, or adult spam blocker...u might get ur hands of some nice software
Alternatively u can change the settings on ur internet explorer internet tool menu..the content tab could help

On your browser,go to tools,click the internet options tab and then click the security tab. You can set up the security for internet-local internet-trusted sites and restricted sites, to your choice.
