I find that people are now calling some Islamic people and countries fascist. Why all of the sudden when Bush used this term, is it now accepted as truth?
Let me give the 14 characteristics of a fascist nation:
1. Powerful and continuing nationalism. mottos, slogans ect.
2. Disdain for the recognition of human rights.
3. Identification of enemies/scapegoats as a unifying cause.
4. Supremacy of the military. disproportionate amount of government funding
5. Rampant sexism. divorce, abortion, homosexuality
6. Controlled mass media.
7. Obsession with national security. fear tactics are used
8. Religion and government intertwined.
9. Protected corporate power.
10. Suppressed labor power.
11. Disdain for the intellectual and the arts.
12. Obsession with crime and punishment.
13. Rampant cronyism and corruption.
14. Fraudulent elections.
At what point do Americans start to realize that more of these resemble the United States then anyone else?

Spirit Walker, no I do not live in a "Islamic" nation. I live right here in the United States. I was born and raised here and am a working class white American.
Can you even define freedom anymore? Or has the current state of events blinded you from the things that go on?
At least 10 of these statements connect with Bush.
And to answer the other question, no, these arent random thoughts that I just "came" up with.

thank you for posting these..I have been familar with them for a few years and definitely see it as defining us...being from Ohio and highly involved in vote fraud, I know our elections are fradulent.
this is just one thing a lot of people don't know ..these are extremely interesting sworn testamony from voters and poll workers after the 2004 presidential election..
http://freepress.org/images/departments/4254PublicHearing.txt
http://freepress.org/images/departments/4263PublicHearing.txt
Also this is a report article by Robert Kennedy, Jr.
http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article13486.htm
this documents much of what went on in Ohio. Conyers and other us congresspeople visited Columbus, Ohio..also note Clint Curtis' testamony (or see bradblog)..he is a republican who designed vote rigging software in 2000 in Florida..he passed 2 lie detector tests, had 2 dogs killed, and received numerous death threats for being a whistleblower..he swore under oath in columbs during Conyers hearing.
http://www.failureisimpossible.com/ElectionStudies/OhioConyers.htm
Also the recount was rigged..machines were tampered with..
see http://www.freepress.org/index2.php for tons of information: Look under election coverage..
80% of the vote is counted by two companies owned by brothers who each gave hundreds of thousands of $ to Bush, promised to win the election fo Bush, keep their software secret, and hire convicted felos of computer hacking. (Diebold and ESS & S).
We need to get partisan vote counters/machines out of polititics...only paper, hand counted ballots at the precinct will restore both our democracy and voter confidence.

Yeah you're nuts.
FOR ONE THING, you horrirbly misquoted #5...
It's sexism is rampant. BUT, Divorce, abortion, homosexuality are SUPRESSED by the state, not rampant.....
But in these Islamic countries, the government has absolute religious control. Cross their religion and you've commited a high crime. This is not the way in the U.S.
Let me ask you this, as someone else kinda pointed out, if the U.S. is such a Fascist country, why are people still desperate to come to the U.S.? I would like to see a comparison of people immigrating to the U.S. from Islamic countries, as opposed to people immigrating to Islamic countries from the U.S.
Also, what makes you assume all human beings accept what Bush says as the word of God?
But would I say Islamic countries are under Fascist rule, I would say no, at least not in the strict sense of the word.
BUT...thank your maker that you live in the U.S. and not in an Islamic country, otherwise the handcuffs would be going on right about now.....

With every question I read, my answer was Bush. I keep telling people that he wants to be called The Fuhrer but they dont believe me. I have read about PNAC, NWO, The Blue Beam Project and some others. I am just wondering how much more harm he will do to our country before he is out of office, that is unless he changes the Constitution and buys Diebold again and gets to stay forever.

I am guesing that you are from an Islamic country. Try a taste of TRUE freedom, and you'll never want to go back. Despite what the trash being put out says, ISLAM does NOT mean peace. It means submission. Not to God, but to some rag head's idea of what is right or wrong. THAT is facist.
