Superman, If the two of them were two face off in a fight. Nothing really that webbing can against Heat Vision and spider powers please what's that going to against a Man of Steel faster than a speeding Bullet?
Also consider this..Did spidey ever save a whole city like Superman did in superman Returns? Uh I think not.

I like Superman cause he knows how to fly and he is not afraid to fly up in the sky. He is well built and is always a good looking man for any woman if he were a real person.
