Yes, there are. And not too infrequently they happen to be your close friends, if not best friends. And they happen to be as incorrigible as we all are.

Yes. Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, George W. Bush - and many others who send other people's children to die so that they might enjoy war profits. Plus, Dick Don and Georgey also dodged service of their own.
