It's fairly common to feel your baby later in the 2nd pregnancy. Your uterus stretches out quicker, making sensation a bit harder to notice.

Some women say they feel it earlier - you know, the kind of movement that feels like champagne bubbles - because they know what they're feeling. I didn't feel my 2nd until later in the pregnancy.

However, if you're really concerned, go ahead and ask your doctor - they should be able to squeeze you in to get a quick doppler heartbeat.

Congratulations!

Well when I was pregnant all three times my first would move none stop to the point where it was hard to sleep. My second was just lazy some times it just happens that way every pregnancies is different try putting some soft music on you belly and see what happens then it was the only way my daughter would move. Also if you are under any stress and you are worrying that will also have an effect. But, talk with your Doctor and try to get a sono done you may have two in there and the doctor may not be able to tell For one of them could be be-hide the other and when that happens its hard to tell because the heart be will sound just like one and it will be hidden from the pictures My mom didn't know That I was going to have a sister till we were born surprise huh well it will be okay Good luck

I have four kids and no pregnancy is the same. I started feeling movement at 10 weeks and another at 20 weeks. It is best to ask your doctor.

You are fine. I am sure you might have been smaller with your first child as well. With my first child I weighted 95 pounds and I felt her REALLY early and the doctor told me that was normal. Then with my son it was later before I felt him. Now here I am 13 weeks again and I STILL have NO signs as early as I did with my first. Every pregnancy is different. CONGRATS!

i would say its normal for there to be differences in pregnancies but I have actually heard that you usually would feel your second baby move sooner than the first because you know what it feels like. still though i wouldnt get yourself too worked up over it, maybe just ask your doctor at your next appointment.

the toddler continues to be very small at 19 weeks so which you likely wont experience lots of it somewhat is strikes. My toddler did no longer start up somewhat shifting around until approximately 24 weeks... i'm 35 weeks now and that i myself choose it would basically quiet down and sleep!

you should ask your doctor, when was the last time you saw them? shouldn't you be having an appointment in about a week or so anyway? give it till then if you can and see what they say. if you are really worried about it...call right now!
good luck
