my parents have set the rule that i have to be washed up and ready for bed and in my room by 10:00-10:30 but i can read watch tv on the computer as long as i want. but of corse i dont stay up all night i normally turn out my lights at 12. but if ur parents are setting an unreasonable bed like 9:00 or somethign its cause they want u to "get sleep like 8 hours...". thats what my parents said when iw as 13 and 14. so make a deal with them or soemthign talk to them before its tiem to go to bed so that way tehre is no arguing liek talk about at dinner or something. good luck. sweet dreams. lol. jk jk

ok, so i'm getting the position you're coming from. not that i have ever been in this concern, yet i am going to in ordinary words imagine how poor it can be. Now i do not imagine you could take this interest. i understand you're wanting extra powerful reviews at this element yet this is how i think. ( i'm 14, will be 15 in December so i'm about your age). even even with the undeniable fact that i think this kind, i understand you at the on the spot are not a **** or something. i imagine this is large you'll flow the further mile to help out, yet i extremely imagine that you'll flow the further mile through doing a diverse interest...even with if the unique dancing will pay ALOT. And it may get extra sturdy and extra sturdy to maintain mendacity on your mom. even with when you're purely affirming its 'yet another interest', she may ask your self why you're growing paid so a lot extra more effective than an adolescent will be getting paid with a on a daily basis minimum salary interest. Plus, there are continuously problems with familiar jobs, yet issues would ensue even extra with this way of interest. So it is my opinion, yet I say good success with even with your decision is. wish I helped, and that i wish each little thing begins getting extra constructive. :)

tought one, as teenagers natural sleep rhythm changes from that of adults or small children. They should actually go to school in the afternoon and into the evening to get the most out of their concentration, but this is never going to happen. Teenagers can quite happily stay up until 2am. But this is naturally happening to them, they dont do it to annoy parents.
This has been scientifically proven.
The rhythm alters itself back again once they have finished puberty and grow into adults and their early 20's.
I would say 11pm is the earliest and most reasonble you will get them to go to bed.
