Well, now....what a complex question.
I am finding it hard to answer, because if "ugly" refers to appearance, and it fits the part, and the acting is good- then who cares- mission accomplished and well done. There really is more to it than how someone looks. For instance, Christopher Walken isn't the handsomest fellow- but kind of a turn on, in a way. Okay, I guess Woody Allen is my answer. He is a big turn off in every way.

Of course Mel Gibson is on the ugly side now isn't he though, with all his outrageous behavior I still think he's sexy looking though and pray he will redeem himself and be back on top - he's a brilliant actor. I just don't approve of his childish antics of late.
