No. I did the herbal colon cleanse. I had a week long run. I didn't believe all that sat on my intestine walls. Enema would be the next step up. The best thing to do though (I am planning on it) is to get a professional colon cleanse (colonics). It runs $110 first time, each additional $75.00. Just to give you the idea of the benefits: When John Wayne died, they found 40lbs of waste packed in his intestines. That is like a toddler's weight. Same with Elvis Presley.

Colonic irrigations are well known mong the celebrities to rid their bodies of toxins. It's easy to give yourself an enema. For fleets enema , just squeeze the container. I'd prefer the irrigation bag, you fill this up with the soap in the package and add warm water and lubricate the tip of the tubing and away you go. Just try taking deep breaths so you can put in about 2 liters. If needed repeat procedure until your return is clear. Make sure when you give yourself this, be near the toilet. Also you lie on your left side. This is for the anatomical position of the sigmoid colon.
This will clean you up more effectively than the fleets. Or you can take laxatives or eat prunes to make more BM. There's a product in the market called colon cleanz i believe. Or you can eat a lot of fiber which are vegetables so you can empty your colon adequately. And change your diet and become a vegan. Vegetables and fruits. are good for you .... lots of lycopene and antioxidants.

By itself a home enema will not prevent cancer or help you lose weight, and it is not a replacement for colonic irrigation.
A home enema generally is only good enough to wash out the rectum, whereas colonic irrigation uses warm water under pressure to cleanse further into the colon.
Home enemas carried out incorrectly can damage the rectum (rectal perforation).
I would look into saving the money you save from not smoking and drinking and getting colonic irrigation done properly instead.
While here I want to say well done for quitting the booze and the fags (as we say in the UK) just by doing those alone you will already be on your way to lowering your chances of cancer and will be helping your general health no end! Congrats!

I've had many enemas and they work great! I usually get it done at the doctor's office because sometimes it's hard to do the kit by yourself at home, but with some practice you'll probably master it. Just remember to go slowly. Don't take laxatives with it though! That can be dangerous. On the day you are going to have an enema don't eat high fiber foods, and stay away from supplements and magnesium. You might want to eat a banana or some rice as well. You want to prevent diarrea and dehydration!

The colon only contains the indigestable roughage from your food plus bacteria and bile. There are no toxins or wastes of any value to be removed by an enema. Do not believe all you hear.

i would suggest going to a place that specializes in colonics. In the end it will be more thourough than a regular enima. I would suggest taking a gatorade with you to keep your electrolytes up. Alos if you just quit smoking your body my detox after you get the colonic and it may show with flu like symptoms...

Just don't do it too often. There are certain bacteria in the colon that are helpful to our bodies.
