If you look at the bottom of the page you will see flags of different nations. they represent Yahoo servers around the world linked together - so if you're in the UK - you're probably connected to the UK server. For fun try clicking the Chinese flag and you may see your question in Chinese! lol I didn't understand much of it except 3.5Gb - I wonder if the Chinese are getting 3.5 Gb of space for their email - we don't get much.... I'll try France in a minute and do a search for my nick - I know a little Francais....
