i feel some can see wht im doing on my computer wht do i do ? every time i get a pop up on my screen which opens an unknown website ? wht do i do so that no can see my details ?

Check for spyware. Run both Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections. All three are free.
If you do not have a virus scanner, download and run AVG virus scanner from http://free.grisoft.com/softw/70free/setup/avg71free_405a782.exe for free

You should NEVER clink on any link or OPEN a message unless
you KNOW the sender or the link.
DELETE without thought. Of course, if you want your system full of viruses and Mal ware, then ignore my message!
