C'mon,give me a break.
Is this your first year in Florida?
You know,I know, and your boss knows that it aint gonna be much more than a thunder storm. It's going to be to bad to go to work, but not to bad to ride around and check it out.
Been their, done that.Enjoy your day off.

If your company is open and you don't have kids who will be home from school, then yes you should go to work. I had to go to work and sleep there for 3 days when Jeanne and Frances came through in 04. It was fun. like a camping trip with my co-workers (I guess it would suck if I didn't like the people I work with)

Is going to work the biggest concern you would have right now? If the Hurricane hits, I imagine that they won't expect you to come back tommorrow, especially if causes alot of destruction.

Besides you don't want to die alone.
