Just some advice for you...

Overclocking isn't worth the return of investment unless you're seeing more than 15-20% increases. Not every CPU out there can give you that. Only certain models are good to overclock. That's because it just makes more sense to pay for the next fastest CPU rather than stressing your current one more. Why shorten its life if you're not getting much out if it?

Video cards are the same way. You can find a ton of info by searching on Google or Yahoo!, and if you want to see a good article on how the latest Core 2 Duo was overclocked, hop over to http://www.tomshardware.com and look under the CPU section. It's one of the most recent 5 articles.

I overclock all of my cpu's. Overclocking video cards just makes them fail rather quickly, unless you only overclock the memory.

overclocking isn't the best way and idea to increase the speed. Just add more memory if you want to increase the speed.
