Neither! Better to say "I am looking for a successful agent." If you want use who, use this to help you decide. Who are you? or Whom did you say is calling? One of these is a noun and the other is a predicate nominative, but most people would not criticize you for "THAT." Hope I am correct or right.

it's "I am looking for an agent WHO is successful." because who is used for people, that is used only for things.

If agent is in used in reference to a thing, e.g. a cleaning agent, then "that" would be correct. If it is used in reference to a person, then "whom" would be correct. It is more a question of what agent is referring to.

Stop the brain exertion. Just write - I am looking for a successful agent. The point of proper grammar is to be concise.

I am looking for an agent who is successful.
Use 'who' because it is referring to a person not an object.
