I have tried muti-vitamins, but they didn't help at all. For a while I was doing good and I started again. I would other options to please!

yes it does work..
also try adding calcium and iron to your diet..
but if you still have problems..then I'd suggest going to a doctor..you may have another problem..

buy a clear nail polish. than buy some garlic cut about half of a head of garlic into little bits. add to the nail polish u might have to throw out a little bit of the nail polish. apply to your nails twice. when you get up & than before going to bed. do this for about a month none stop. I'll garantee you that you'll have strong long nails. good luck

You can also take prenatal vitamins to help your nails and your hair grow!!

yes nail grow polish does work or nail strenthener that works to.

try queen halens"Hard as Nails". it gives your nails a nice shine and keeps them hard. another reason for weak cracking nails is not having enough calcium.

i highly doubt it. if its not putting hormones and fluid stuff that your body produces, its not gunna work. just dont pay attention to them for like a week and you'll see htat they grew a lot if you just let them be. =)
