The Bible gives advice on this case I think anyone can follow. It says if your eye is stumbling you, then cast it away from you. Of course this doesn't mean taking your physical eye out and throwing it away, but rather get rid of what stumbles you. If you get your porn in magazines, cancel the subscriptions and throw away the magazines you've got now. If you get it on the TV, cancel the cable service (or at least the channels it comes in on). If you get it on computer, set up blocks that will block out those sites that you get it from. When it is away from you you will want it at first, but in time your mind will forget it and you'll be away from it and not lusting for it.

Don't fight it. Your mind will at times play games that are distracting to say the least. This is one type of a distraction. When the distraction comes along, just look at it and acknowledge its presents and then go back to what you were doing. If it turns out you were day dreaming or whatever, mark it because what you are doing in the present maybe what is triggering the problem.
It is the job of your ego to protect your body, so you maybe doing or thinking something that your ego is picking up as dangerous. It may or may not be dangerous, but your ego is interrupting it that way. Consciousness is and issue. It is a learning experience, so enjoy!

It depend son what kind of porn you are getting into, if you are just watching the regular normal porn, that is natural...now if you are getting into the porn that is not so normal and even illegal then you need to seek professional help and quick.
