I have a cousin, he keeps complaining that he hasn't reached puberty yet. He is 15 and is yet to reach it.He told me that he masturbates and does have orgasms. Isn't it time for him to reach puberty?? IS there something wrong with him?

If your friend can masturbate and have orgasms, he most likely has reached puberty. That's usually when people's hormones will allow them to become erect and masturbate with sensations following. He may just not develop completely how he wants. You know, he may not grow much hair in certain areas or stuff like that. But I've known some people that had most of the puberty changes happen closer to when they were around nineteen or twenty. So he may still have some to go through yet. Not everyone develops in the same way, it's normal.

he is going through puberty right now until the age of 18. not all penises stand up when erect just genetic. pubery include growing of hair in facial, armpits pubic area and legs. voices get lower as the adam apples become petruded. your arms, legs and chest begin to look more muscular. and when you ejaculate sperm come out for the first time.
