Although doctors say that it won't I believe that it does. I have 2 children and walked around alot and had two very easy births (without any meds) And it does not have to be a lot of walking Just try walking for 5 mins a day and see how you feel. If it is too much hold back on the time, if it's a breeze keep on walking. It not only can keep you in better shape after the birth of your child but it may help with the birth.

they suggest walking but if your baby is just to big for your hips it still might not drop as far as it needs to go.
Sex not only helps to bring the baby down but you can also have an easier delivery because your birth canal is, well, active.

Yes it is very helpful to walk often espcially to make your birth easier!

I dunno, in the UK it's easy- we just listen to the *free* widwives. I'm not pushing the UK' s advantges in your face, but it is easy for us- I didn't have to worry about my wife.
