Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart. All those stores have cheaper sheets. Also you should check thrift stores - they always seem to have sheets really cheap (just wash them before use, of course).
If you are not planning to use them as bedsheets, just buy cheap white fabric by the yard in a fabric store.

I just bought a set of 200 count (not saying that's great quality!) bed sheets from Target on sale for $15. I have a Queen size bed so this was a good deal in comparison to the usual $30-$40!

What do you need them for? If you are just looking for large fabric, you can get it at places like JoAnn's and Hancock's. It's 108" wide and you can get whatever length you need. If you really need sheets, try places like BigLots, TJ Maxx, Ross.

I would go to Macy's and look in their clearance, they usually have good I mean really good sales or you can try TJ Maxx or Ross.
