None...That is cause for medical malpractice...
There are sex therapists but I do not think they have sex with their patients rather they help them with tools (no pun intended) to enjoy sex etc...
So if you are in therapy and your therapist insist you have sex for your recovery call your local Attorney Generals office and report them...
If you are a therapist that is taking advantage of your patient.

If the therapist and client are of consenting age and state, it is legal every where. I think you are a law abiding citizen and just waiting for an advoctes' suggestion to do the above? ha ha...good good......and then you can have it with Advocate also if both of you are not minors.

Apparently you have a thing for your therapist. I'm not sure of laws but ethics is in play here. Don't do it. A therapist is very well aware of how to manipulate you. Stop seeing this person and then begin dating first. Start seeing another therapist.

That would be a serious breech of ethics for a therapist to have a sexual relationship with a client. Inappropriate at any time in any state.

That's legal anywhere. The therapist might lose some license but it's not a crime.

Hypothetically, if your the therapist and your husband is the client, that would be different yet you would have to do it at home.

I'm not sure if it's illegal anywhere, unless we're talking about a minor and an adult. However it is unethical and they could lose their license if it's investigated.

I don't know if it's a matter of law, more like a matter of good or bad ethics.
