Your body has a lot to do with it. You are fairly skinny (I assume, from the 105-110 lbs, unless you are 2 1/2 ft tall), so that helps, but genetics, where that layer of fat lies on your gut, your muscle response, etc play a huge role at your age. Diet isn't really that much of an issue at 15. Do lots of slow, full-motion crunches to get the entire range of the abs involved (use a bench, one where you can go back further than just flat. Use all abs, don't use momentum to get yourself up). It doesn't take much to get those abs to pop out, but really burn them each time you excercise them. Give them 24-48 hrs rest in between each 20 minute workout (again, burn the hell outta them), and you'll probably see abs in a couple of weeks. The six pack could be there in about 6 weeks, if you are lucky. WORK OUT ALL YOUR MUSCLES, tho, don't go crazy on your abs without working your lower back, chest without lats, biceps without triceps, etc. All the muscles being strong and fit will keep that layer of fat from coming back over your abs later in life. All the situps in the world won't work if you aren't in overall good physical condition. Good luck, my man! ~ Rick

Do some kind of cardio, like jogging or cycling or roller blading, at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes (but the more the better). This will help burn the layer of flat covering your muscles (because we all have a six pack underneath). Do crunches 3 - 7 times a week. Normal crunches, side crunches (opposite elbow to opposite knee), and bicycle crunches (moving your feet in a "pedaling" motion while laying flat on your back). This will help enlarge those muscles - and therefore help them to show through more. Eating healthier, more often, and in smaller portions helps too. Protein helps with building muscle. Good luck! Some people work on getting a six pack FOREVER and don't succeed!

Depends how hard you work for it. First, hit the cardio hard to start burning fat in general. Do a session of running/jogging at least once a day first thing in the morning before any food or drink (except black plain coffee maybe). This way your body burns fat rather than carbs. Also consider skipping, swimming, cycling and rowing. As far as ab specific exercises go the best of the best are crunches. These are a variation on situps where you flex at the abs rather than at the hips. You have to do a lot of them though. Clean up your diet. Trim down on the calories and fats. Go for 6 half size meals spread out throughout the day instead of the standard 3 square meals. This will speed up your metabolism and help you burn fat. Take a high power multi vit / min supplement to help with your nutrient intake too. Also sort out your posture. Dont let your stomach slump or you will look fatter than you actually are. Get into the habit of keeping your abs tight(ish) throughout the day. You will eventually do this automatically.

well, for some reason I think it's easier for males to get a 6-pack then females. I'm not sure how "fast" it will happen, but if you do situps everyday...then I'm sure you'll have a 6-pack in not time. And don't just do the traditional situps (laying on your back), there are alot of different kinds you can do. There are even some you can do with weights. Good Luck!

Depend on how much time as it takes you to hop in the car and how far from 7 -11 you live. But you're only 15. It will take longer because you'll have to walk. And you're not old enough to buy beer, either. It will take a few years at least.

This really depends on how dedicated you are to your work-out routine. It also depends on your particular body type. If you currently have a very low body fat percentage, you should be able to reach your goal in a few short months. If you have greater than 8% body fat, it could take a while.
