I'm more partial to dresses on girls. I like the bare shoulders and low back cut style. I like the way the curve of the back looks as well as the clavicle...very sexy.

Dresses normally fare very well with girls. Girls can look for that smart sophisticated look or use a dress to accent their bodies. Girls are like a piece of art, where creativity and expression can all be used with their choice of dress.
Boys... Have you ever tried to put a dress on a boy? I mean they think its gonna kill them. Oh, they are so afraid. I mean, really!! So far no boys have had their penis drop off from wearing a dress, but you'd never know it from their reaction.
The best you can do with a dress on a boy is either: (1) silly, funny, ha-ha, dresses, or (2) gee, that almost looks like a girl dress. In any case, girls will win this match.
