it is no 2 which is correct because me is the D.O.form

Technically, #2 is correct- you can tell this by dropping the other person out and seeing how it sounds; in practice, I would drop the me and put your actual name in- avoids issues like this.

the 2nd one it just seemd more proper to me actually they look the same way but id go with the 2nd one but really it doesnt matter

well... try to do it separately and see which makes sense:

"if u have questions, please contact myself"

or

"if u have questions, please contact me"

obviously, u wouldn't say "please contact myself"....! so the correct one is "please contact John Doe or me"
