virtual villagers cheat 'artmoney.exe', how and where do you put this for more tech points?

i read this on another answer but i have no idea where to put this cheat in can anyone help?

you need full fertilty for the golden child
then he will make the flower garden , you can use a cheat to get tech points but you must also make your villagers learn! the cheat is artmoney.exe,
that lets you get loads of tech points but! dont spoil your game!

It was me, heres what you do...

1) Ok open up Artmoney, and select the process as Virtual Villagers.
2) Make sure no one is researching, and make note of how many tech points you have.
3) On Artmoney click search, and type in how many techpoints you have.
4) A load of values will show up on the left hand side.
5) Click the green arrow so all the values go onto the right hand side.
6) Right click the top one and click select all, now right click the top one again and click edit.
7) Type in the amount of tech points you want.
8) Go back onto Virtual Villagers and it should be changed.

Be careful, if your techpoints isnt unique enough and you change it sometimes it can crash the game.

Do Not Buy all Science tech, unless you have a master scientist, otherwise you'll get stuck.
