If you are close to a phone, call the police. If not just walk by and don't act like you know who he is and when it's safe...call the police! If you're in your house, lock the doors and call the police!

If you see him, pretend that you don't know him and DO NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT. Like one poster said, act nonchalant and find a safe place to call the police.

when he peeps at you, invite him in, *** him and wait til he is asleep, then call cops and collect the reward
