Sorry if I'm rude, but theres more to life than asking out girl's...why not spice it up like the girl has had a recent loss, a family member of sorts and she's devestated, an this guy is the only one who brings a smile to her face...stuff like that...don't make it based totally on relationships like we haven't had enough of that crap...and show the parents in a different light...not the evil one for once...If you finish it mail it to me...If you want a true critics opinion...

Its lame if you have stupid, static characters. Like my literature teacher says, the characters that are only good or only bad are ild fashioned for couple hundred of years now. Second, interesting characters are interested ina bit more things than dating, x games and rock bands. third, teens are the lamest people of all, believe me, im a teen. Love [if i understand it right] is a lame theme overall, if its the only thing the book is about. Read teh Idiot by Dostoevsky, so you see how love could be a great theme, though its put among 100 other themes, and still its a book about love.

It sounds interesting, but add some twists and turns. So many blah books about that topic have been written.

Personally I don't care for that type of book, but there's no accounting for taste, as they say. Also, if you're serious about writing, you might want to touch up on your grammar. You know, basic capitilazation rules, punctuation, and the difference between "their", "there", and "they're".
