Find a Fry scale. It is used to tell what level reading material is at. It lists all the most frequently used words. Teachers use it. Or a librarian

i actually know ALL 1500 of them. yes i do. but im only allows a 1400 word limit per post here so i guess i cant help sorry

Are you serious? Do you really expect me to write them out from my dictionary? Go to your local book store and ask them for English learner's dictionary. There is a list of the words you want in there.
