A few minutes ago someone asked this :

Guys have you ever had a woman do this to you before?
use her kegal exercises on you while making love?

What does it mean? I don't know what "kegal exercise" mean but I am dying to learn.

Kegal is the name of the professor who discovered the vagina muscles to which women can flex to make their vagina's tighter.

It also helps anal reflex as well. It is the same reaction you get when you try to hold on when you have to pee. These muscles are great for helping women who have had children and want to tighten up again. It is also a great response for sex because you can feel more of a penis. This helps when the male partner is on the small side and or the woman is on the large side.

A devise used for kegal exercises are metal balls which can be inserted into the vagina and then the muscles are used to hold the balls inside.

I hope this helped.
