According to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in the Medicare National Coverage Determinations Manual, Chapter 1, Part 4, Section 230.3.B, a vasectomy is a non-covered procedure if the stated reason is sterilization.

medicare usually pays for ANYTHING that is a birth control because they rather pay for that rather than a baby.
