being told to hold on the phone and they play crap music for ages and ages then the phone goes dead?????

yeah or they leave you so long your credit runs out you wouldn't mind if it was anything other than green sleeves you had to listen to there is only so much of that you can take before you decide to commit suside

Yes!! Or it rings and then its silent for ages and no one answers - I know that trick from staff at call centres I worked in when I was younger - the calls comes through to a member of staff who cant be bothered to take it so they switch their mouthpiece onto silent and so you hear nothing. That way it looks like they have answered your call to anyone moniotring them cos you wait a while to put down, rather than them cutting you off! I get so angry!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha or when they eventually come back to u and say they r putting u through and it turns out to be the wrong department or something then they put u on hold again lol grrrrrrrrrrr i hate that.

yes, i can't stand when that happens...but i usually hang-up on them if they put me on hold. my time is to good for that. just kidding. i do hate it though.
