Look into CREATING content for the web. Stop being a spectator and start being a participant!
Get a cheap hosted web account and a free HTML tutorial (there are thousands of them on the web). Start creating web pages. Please, just do not use teal as a color on any of your web pages, no animated gifs (running dogs, etc) and don't center all the text on your page in one big table.
Look at good commercial sites to learn good web page design. That ought to keep you busy for the next few years, and after you have learned Java or C#, jsp, aspx, SQL and internet security you can get a $100,000+ job like the rest of us!
