We all are potentially insane and most of us sometime in are life will get a taste of being mentally insane. I take two kinds of antidepressants which work well for me, but the first anti depressant I was perscribed drove me crazy at one point, it is a painful experience. One other time I felt crazy was after I had the Hong Cong Flu.
It impacted me and my family at the time and did so by attacking the middle ear. The flu caused the middle ear to become dysfunctional. When you are driving along and feeling like you are upside down but knowing you are not, sets off every red light in the system. It is so disturbing that you just want it to stop.
I went to a psychiatrist and got some help with counseling and medication, and it stopped the problem in a week but started getting better in a day.
It was anxiety. But how I described it was how it felt.

Thanks for bringing back a good memory.On a hour drive my teenage nephew and his friend were listening to "Their" music and I started singing along and I heard his friend say"GEEEZ you Aunt knows this song".I told them you need to like all kinds of music and I slipped in an old country tape.Both of those boys knew how to yodel and didn't even know it. I love road trips.
