How Do I Insert Kool Text into pics without downloading stuff like photoshop???

Well friend open the Paint from
start-accessories-paint
Open the pics in which you want to add text. click on the A icon on the left hand side and start inserting your text.

You have a simple graphic editor as part of Windows that can do some (limited) text insertion. It is called Paint. (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint).

Open you picture
Click on the icon on the toolbar that looks like an A
Select the color, font, and size of the text you want to insert
Click on the picture
Add text
Save when done

try "photo filter". its a free ware.
even ms paint allows inserting text into pics.
