You better have proof of purchase of that gun, if you don't it may have a record, and then you may find yourself in jail. Get legal on the issue before you are illegal on the issue! And even before that, think about the potential harm that you, you kids or someone else can cause with that gun. It only takes one mistake with a gun to ruin your life for a very long time. You can say the same thing for a car which is also a potentially deadly weapon.

No, I do not own a hand gun. You would have to check the laws in the area that you live, they differ from state to state.
