It depends on your gender. For men, all they'd have to do is get rid of the y chromosome and replace it with a copy of their x chromosome (taken from some other of their cells). It wouldn't be a precise clone, but it would be fairly close, only female. However, since women have no y chromosome, they would have to get one from elsewhere, so their opposite gender clones would be much more different from them than the men's clones would be (however, they may be healthier, because having two x chromosome with the same genetic material could cause various problems in the female clone).
Keep in mind that this is just theoretical; right now we don't know any way to clone humans without damaging their DNA.

For right now obviously no, since no clone can be created yet (same sex or otherwise). But if a clone can be created in the future (and there is evidence pointing to the fact that it might not even be possible, but evidence saying also that it is), it is fairly certain you can make an opposite sex clone as well by switching the X or Y gene with its opposite on the sex chromosome in our DNA.

Male has a X and a Y chromosome.
Female has two X chromosomes.
I guess if you have a male, you can take two X chromosomes, from different cells and make a female clone.
There may be some problems with the clone, since it would have two identical X chromosomes. It would be like the effect of heavy inbreeding.
Females don't have a Y chromosome, so I don't think you can make a male clone from a female.

There extremely aren't any personality or personality characteristics that prepare to the entire gender, so any praise will be for a particular lady really of in the course of the board for all women (or men). the in ordinary words characteristics, except glaring actual characteristics, that extremely prepare in the course of the board are that men favor to have polygamous sex and women favor to have toddlers. There are good and undesirable apples in each barrel, and there are exceptions to the most problem-free characteristics.

Yes, but only of a man.
You would take out the Y chromosome, and replace it with a copy of his X chromasome.
A woman doesnt have a Y chromasome, so one would have to be taken from someone else to make a male copy.

It wouldn't really be a clone, since you'd be swapping out one chromosome for another.

since a clone is an exact replica, no because you would be altering the chromosones, it would no longer be an exact replica, hence no longer a clone, just genetically similar

no clone means exact copy and changing the sex will no longer make it an exact duplicate
