It's impossible to answer that question... They all contadict each other...

Cheapest - train
fastest - plane
easiest - plane

However if you are talking about driving and just didn't specify that then:

Cheapest - I-80E to I-880S then hit the 101 freeway south towards Morgan hill for many many miles then take the 110 freeway SOUTH and then hit the 405 Freeway south into Long beach

Fastest - same as above

Easiest - take Highway 1 (Pacific Coast Highway) going south all the way to Long Beach

Take Jet Blue or Southwest from Long Beach to Oakland (I saw a fare sale not too long ago) then take BART to San Francisco. Flying into SFO is more expensive and you're technically not in San Francisco (you're on property owned by San Francisco). I suppose you could also drive but that takes longer.
