Yes, by a complete bastard.
I was living in a place wher there was only on-street parking. Everybody pretty much had "their own" space in which they regularly parked. My brother who lived across the street, had a live-in girlfriend with a older teenage son,Chris, who lived with them too, and who also parked along the same street.
One day after a heavy snowstorm, I spent and hour+ shoveling out my "area". After a trip to the store I returned to find Chris' car in my spot. I had to drive up the street further away fom my house with my toddler (my spot was right beside my house) and park in his unshoveled spot. I called over and asked nicely if he wouldn't mind moving his car since I spent so much time clearing out my spot , and it was closer to my house and so my little girl would be less exposed to the bitter cold. He replied he didn't want to bother shoveling "his spot" and since it was a public street, he could park anywhere he wanted.
That pissed me off so bad I went back outside, grabbed my shovel and started shoveling the snow back around HIS car! I din't touch his car at all, I just didn't want him takign advantage on my hard work. I was determined to make him shovel one way or another. Shortly later, a police cruiser showed up and confronted me about that they recieved a call from him saying I was throwing snow on his car. I told them the story, and that I didn't touch his car at all, just piled the snow around it. They symathized with me but said that since it WAS a public street, it was true that jerk could park wherever. That moron. He'd been arested before in his life and he called the cops on me? When I never been nothing but nice to him.
Well, what goes around, comes around. Chris was later arrested for breaking and entering after my brother threw his lazy butt out, since he never contributed to the bills and was doing pot in HIS house.
Karma, baby, karma!

My ex-husband's crank whore wife calls the police on me at least once a week. She lives 4 hours away. She just calls them and makes up shlt. She is as crazy as a loon. A female cop that is a friend of mine just calls me and tells me that she's called again. Gawddamn it is annoying. Crazy biotch.

Once, for playing my bass guitar too loudly on a Sunday morning. Pffft. But I have called the cops on burglars at the neighbors, and my uncle's ex wife when she was stalking all of us.
