It's normal...don't worry. It means you are concerned with what was said and wondering if you handled it correctly....a perfectly normal thing to do.

If I am normal so are you, I replay conversations in my head mainly to justify my part of the conversation or to consider the responses from the other party to the conversation, within reason it is a good practise I believe-regards hassa

I do it, but I always think of the things I should have said but didn't, and replay it that way in my head over and over.

I even do not understand what generic means anymore and the further human beings I meet, the further I purely come across approaches to love the variations and study from those round me. We get one shot at this element (a minimum of so a ways as i understand) i'm purely going to target to relish on a on a daily basis foundation the great i am going to.

Yep. Usually when I'm annoyed, and the perfect comeback comes on or about the third time I've replayed it.

Yes- I do this whenever there is a heated conversation at work. I don't want to forget the way they treat me which is like a slave or something.
Have a great day and you are perfectly normal. Now, define normal! LOL

I used to do it all the time, just to make sure that I had given all of the information that I had or to see if I could have said something differently, but it was a function of my anxiety disorder making me do that. Maybe you should check with a doc if it continues to bother you. You're not the only one though.

I do, but it's mainly because I'm analyzing what I've said. It isn't just aimless meandering in my head.
In times of great stress, I have also been known to have imaginary conversations with the people who are getting on my nerves. THIS really drives me nuts! I'm getting mad at people for things they haven't even done!
