Weight- Ok although I am 5'8 I think I fit into your range. I am 21 years old, and I have three children. I wanted to have my kids early, every one is different. I just didn't want to have kids after 25. I have a 4 yr old, an almost 3 yr old (june 2nd) and a 4.5 month old. When I had my first daughter I weighed 120 lbs, as a matter a fact I started out at 120 for all my children. I gained 20 lbs with my first daughter and within a month after she was born I was almost back at 120. I never exercised or anything like that, I did, however, breast feed all of my children. With my second I gained 25 lbs and it was must like my first in terms of weight lost. With my last daughter I gained 35 lbs brining me to 155 by the time she was born. She is 4.5 months old right now and I am about 135 lbs. Stretch marks- I never got any stretch marks at all with any of my three pregnancies. I know every one is different, so you can't really tell if you will or wont get stretch marks. The average weight gain during pregnancy is 25 lbs. If you eat right, not only for you, but for the unborn child then excessive weight gain really shouldnt be a problem. To be honets I never really changed my diet all that much. I'm a junk food junkie, and I ate my junk food when I was pregnant, however, I made sure that I didnt forget the four food groups and kept a balanced diet. I went for walks here and there, especially during my last two pregnancies because it gave me a chance to bond with my kids and it also helps when it comes time to deliver. Some women use pregnancy as an excuse to binge on food, that is not a good idea. A healthy pregnancy is a happy pregnancy.

Exercise and a good cream Check a Avon They have a real good cream for losse skin that will tighten, but there no was the stretch will leave your skin completely, there are products that make it disappear but it will still be under the surface......Try Avon Refine......

Yes. There is a procedure called Thermage, It's non invasive and FDA approved. It is a little costly, but well worth it to tighten skin!!!!! You should look into it. I work for a doctor that performs this procedure everyday. If you want some more info on it, hit me back!!! :)
